Kids ABC Letters is the inaugural app in our Reading Curriculum Series, following the acclaimed Kids ABC Trains, Kids ABC Phonics, Kids Learn to Read, and Kids Sight Words.

Designed for children aged 3 to 7, this engaging application invites preschoolers to explore and learn the ABCs in a captivating manner. Through interaction with Kids ABC Letters, young learners become familiar with the names of the alphabet letters while practicing letter shapes, letter recognition, and contextual letter identification.

It is important to note that Kids ABC Letters does not cover the phonetic sounds associated with the alphabet letters. Understanding letter pronunciations is an educational objective addressed in a separate application titled Kids ABC Phonics. This distinction ensures that Kids ABC Letters maintains a focused approach, providing a delightful experience without unnecessary complexity.

The game comprises seven appealing and child-friendly sections:

• Naming Letters: A distraction-free environment for children to learn both the names and appearances of each letter. Tapping on letters allows them to confirm their understanding.
• Forming Letters: Children can enhance their memory of letter shapes by arranging colorful puzzle pieces to construct the letters.
• Recognizing Letters: In this amusing game, kids assist a cat in catching fish marked with alphabet letters. By game's end, they will have memorized both the appearance and pronunciation of each letter.
• Identifying Letters in Context: This simple activity teaches children to recognize alphabet letters within words, fostering an understanding that words are composed of letters.
• Matching Upper Case to Lower Case Letters: This section reinforces the concept that each letter exists in two forms—upper and lower case—while children enjoy matching them to build a raft.
• Ordering the ABC's: In this underwater adventure, children search for letter-coins and use them to form segments of four consecutive letters of the alphabet.
• Distinguishing Between Upper and Lower Case Letters: Players engage with a playful dolphin as they toss balls labeled with letters. They must identify the correct upper or lower case letters for successful tossing. (available in the full version only)
